Di Marzio: Another meeting will be needed with Milan to extend Tomori contract

By Euan Burns -

Another meeting will be needed between AC Milan and the entourage of Fikayo Tomori to reach an agreement for a new contract but the signs are good, a report claims.

As has been reported by Gianluca Di Marzio this evening, the meeting today between Tomori’s entourage and the club was positive and lasted for over three hours.

The basis of the understanding has been reached but in order to come to a complete agreement that can be announced to the fans, another meeting will be required in the very near future.

There is a will from both sides to continue together and that is why there is no fear that the player will not be signing a new deal with the Rossoneri.

His current deal will expire in June 2025 but he is of greater importance to the team now than when that was signed so the new deal will take him to June 2027.
