Antonio Donnarumma spoke to MilanTV after his fantastic performance against Inter, covering up for the injured Gigio Donnarumma.
“I have always trained well and I have always trained hard, most importantly in silence. My hard work paid off and luckily it went well, I couldn’t have had a better debut. Better than that it is impossible. Today we were a team, but now we have to focus on facing Fiorentina.
“Improvements? We have already gotten better these past few games, we’ve remained calm despite the results and finally, it has paid off.
“My feelings before the game? When I heard about Marco’s injury, I was a bit nervous, but then I said I wanted to have fun and take the chance, and it went well. Even on the big chance Joao Mario had.”
