Fabrizio Romano: Tomori to Milan a done deal – terms of the contract and how much Chelsea will get

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have wrapped up a deal with Chelsea that will see centre-back Fikayo Tomori remain beyond his loan spell, according to a report.

Tomori joined Milan on an initial six-month loan spell with an option to buy included as part of the deal, and given his sensational performances since arriving it has led to strong speculation he will be bought outright.

The Englishman made 22 appearances for Milan across the league, Europa League and Coppa Italia and established himself as a key performer under head coach Stefano Pioli, forming an excellent pairing with Simon Kjaer at centre-back.

According to Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, Tomori to Milan is indeed a done deal. Chelsea will receive €28m from Milan for the 23-year-old and the agreement will be completed soon as expected. Tomori will leave Chelsea and sign a five-year contract with the Rossoneri, therefore committing his future to the club until 2026.
