AC Milan will not oppose the sale of Youssouf Fofana and the player has received various proposals, a report claims.

According to FootMercato, the French international is attractive to clubs around Europe because of ‘his work rate, physical presence, ball-winning abilities, tactical intelligence, and capacity to break lines’.
Their sources claim that Nottingham Forest remain very interested in Fofana and have even stepped up their pursuit. The English club have submitted a contract offer to the French midfielder, but Crystal Palace have also made a contract proposal to the player.
Ipswich Town are also closely monitoring his situation and have expressed their interest. However, the competition is not limited to England. According to the report, Villarreal have also submitted a contract offer to Fofana, while Real Betis have entered the race.
For their part, Milan are not ruling out a departure. The Rossoneri are now demanding between €18-20m, a sum less than the €26m they paid to acquire him two years ago. Without Champions League football, they need to raise funds in order to acquire the last few pieces of the squad.

Amorim is making a big mistake. This is Seria A not Portugal. you need players with muscles who ask like beast. not some kind of skilled flexible players in the midfield.
Like most players, once he leaves Milan he will do great.
He had his breakthrough in Monaco playing in a pivot in a 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-2. Hes perfect for Amorims 3-4-2-1 so I dont know what Amorims problem with him is? He was the best central midfielder in the training games.
After Rabiot, Modric and Jashari hes the best option. I think him and Jashari would had been a good compliment to Modric-Rabiot.
Jashari and Modric the ones with the most ball dictating the tempo of the play, and Rabiot and Fofana as more hard working box to box midfielders.
With Modric age, Jashari beeing injured a long time last year, and Rabiot with a long world cup in his legs, 6 cams could be needed this season counting in 2 games per week, injuries and suspensions.
But we will see.
