From Spain: Milan, Real Madrid and Man Utd all interested in signing Inter playmaker

AC Milan are one of a number of top clubs interested in signing Christian Eriksen from Inter, according to a report from Spain.

Eriksen continues to be linked with a move away from Inter in January as he has seen his playing time slashed by head coach Antonio Conte, who seemingly no longer sees him as a part of his plans despite the fact he only arrived from Spurs in January.

According to the latest from Fichajes.net, Milan are among the teams interested in Eriksen as they look for a potential replacement for Hakan Calhanoglu, who seems no closer to signing an extension of his current deal which expires in seven months.

However, a number of other teams are credited with interest including Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, Arsenal and even Real Madrid.

The report adds that Zinedine Zidane has given up trying to keep Isco and is now looking for his heir, with Eriksen viewed as the ideal reinforcement to come in and make a difference.

The salary seems to be an issue for Milan at present because Eriksen earns €7.5m net per season with the Nerazzurri, while the Rossoneri could push themselves to offer €4-5m to the Dane as per MilanLive.
