Gallery: ‘Milan interrupted’, ‘Scudetto sprint increasingly uncertain’ – Today’s front pages of Italian papers

The front pages of today’s Italian newspapers have not been particularly kind to AC Milan after they dropped points against Torino last night.

It was another disappointing evening for Stefano Pioli’s side as they failed to score for the second straight game and rather laboured their way to another 0-0 draw. Below are how the papers reacted…

La Gazzetta dello Sport: “Milan interrupted. Against an impressive Toro another 0-0 for the Diavolo: Inzaghi enjoys. AC Milan scoring pain. Bremer also stops Giroud: the advantage over the Nerazzurri (with one game less) is two points. Pioli: ‘We are still there’.”

Tuttosport: “Thanks Toro. The Granata hold Milan to a draw and allow Inzaghi’s Inter to close on the top. Napoli did not take advantage of it, beaten by a great Fiorentina.”

Il Corriere dello Sport: “Waiting for Juve. Equal to the Rossoneri in Turin (0-0): Scudetto sprint increasingly uncertain. Milan and Napoli under braking: Inter less than 2 from Pioli with a game to play.”
