AC Milan’s Champions League hopes took another big blow on Sunday night as they were beaten 3-2 by Atalanta at San Siro.
It was a tense climate inside the stadium before a ball was kicked, given the protests against the ownership and management. However, things were certainly a lot more toxic when Ederson, Zappacosta and Raspadori scored to give the away side a 3-0 lead after less than an hour.

Strahinja Pavlovic and Christopher Nkunku scored in the dying minutes to make it look like a much closer game, but in the end La Dea emerged with the win. With Roma, Como and Juventus all winning, it could not have been a more disastrous round for the Rossoneri.

Sure it can, if only they win the last, two remaining matches, which we know that for this lethargic team who play the most boring football in Serie A, is almost entirely impossible to achieve.
