Giorgio Furlani is getting to grips with his new role as the CEO of AC Milan and he will soon meet owner Gerry Cardinale to discuss strategy, a report claims.
According to what is being reported this morning by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the new CEO of the Rossoneri Giorgio Furlani is in New York at Gerry Cardinale’s offices to plan the future of the club over the next few days and to get to know the owner better.
There will be talk about the new stadium project, the transfer market, the team’s objectives and strategies of all different kinds. Furlani should return to Italy in time to fly to Lecce and attend the game against Lecce on Saturday evening, as per the newspaper.
Furlani will also be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Supercoppa Italiana game against Inter next week, while Cardinale should be back in Italy again for the first leg against Tottenham in the Champions League last 16.
