A lot of the attention at the moment is on the striker that AC Milan will sign in the summer, but they are also in the market for another central defender too.
This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) writes that the purchase of a new striker and a defensive midfielder will be the two priorities for the Milan management.
The paper explains how Joshua Zirkzee (Bologna) is at the top of the list for the first positions and Youssouf Fofana (Monaco) is among the priorities to come in and complete the midfield.
Milan will also have to buy a new defender and the paper mentions two names: Tosin Adarabioyo of Fulham and Lilian Brassier of Brest.
Both are young profile with the margins to develop, which ticks boxes for Milan, while Adarabioyo could arrive on a free given that his deal expires at the end of the season and Brassier’s contract is up in 2025.
Given that Simon Kjaer’s deal runs out at the end of the season and the other options like Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw have spent a long time out injured, it is perhaps no surprise to learn that Milan want a new centre-back.
We have enough cbs tho. Just trust in simic ffs. Buy, buy, buy that’s all we know

Kjaer leaves. Caldara… whatever happens to him That leaves us with Tomori, Thiaw, Gabbia.

Kalulu & Pelegrino ?. Both are ACM player CB too.Gabbia coming back because pelegrino failed. Keep buying raw defender every season and hoping pioli grow them like he did to kalulu & thiaw. Even if kjaer leave , his replacement should be good defender that know serie A well

If we buy a proper player that is a clear improvment im all for that. These guys , they just wanna get one ‘cuz they’re free or close to free.
End of the day it better and wiser to just keep Kjaer than sign another player who will bring nothing to the team and wont get much gametime anyway
Pellegrino is trash and Kalulu is a right back. We need another CB. It should be no. 3 in the list of priorities, behind striker and DM, but we need one.
Simic to replace Kjaer and that’s it.
Simic + Gabbia + Kalulu + Tomori + Thiaw, it’s enough.
Yeah there’s still Kalulu, don’t write him off yet.

Try for Ousmane Diomande and Odillon Kossounou they are way better. Or in reality try Maxence Lacroix and Konstantinos Koulierakis or Konstantinos Koulierakis and Martin Vitik and the last one Leopold Querfeld
