AC Milan are looking at potential opportunities to strengthen in the centre-back department and the latest idea comes from LaLiga, a report claims.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below), Milan are thinking about adding another centre-back to join Fikayo Tomori, Simon Kjaer, Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw, and of the profiles circled on the notebook is Tanguy Nianzou.
The 21-year-old currently plays for Sevilla and he already has experience in three different countries. He came through the academy of PSG but left as a free agent, then moving to Bayern Munich and in the summer of 2022 he tried his luck in LaLiga.
In Spain he is not a regular starter and in the last part of the season he was frustrated by an injury. However, he still managed to put together 30 games and even scored three goals.
The paper adds that the Frenchman could be signed for below €10m, which makes him a tempting profile for Milan who have been linked in the past too.
In the same summer when they signed Kalulu, Milan was also trying to sign Tanguy, but he chose Bayern.
Looks like Moncada is going after players they’ve missed on in the last few years.
After Nd!cka, Samardzic now it’s Tanguy
Our CB its good and deep enough bro Moncada. Please more signing for forward or striker…
