AC Milan have been suffering from an incredibly hard fixture list recently but the games are set to become easier on paper, representing a chance to get back to good form.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri have hit a rough patch of form that has caused a dark cloud to hang over the club.
Games against Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Napoli have ended in two defeats and a draw, the draw being from a point where Milan were 2-0 up.
Milan have played more of the top teams in Serie A so far than anyone else, but between now and the next match against Napoli, there are a lot of more simple-looking matches.
The Rossoneri will be facing Udinese, Lecce, Fiorentina, Frosinone, Atalanta, Monza, Salernitana, Sassuolo, Empoli, Roma, Udinese again, Bologna and Frosinone again.
Seven of those games will be played at home, including Fiorentina and Roma, whilst the other six will be away.
Sassuolo, Atalanta and Fiore will be tricky games.
Sassuolo are our bogey team.
I know, the man is berardi right.
So I guess we’re not doing too bad if we’re only 3 points off the top at this stage!
And the Champions League group was always a big ask.
But still cue the calls for Pioli to be sacked!
I almost prefer when the transfer market is open as when it’s closed the media speculates on managers.
Constant change creates constant content.
(And who says my rants are boring? That is five alliterations!).
