GdS: Milan have set themselves no limits but one target remains fundamental for growth

AC Milan have found themselves at the top of the Serie A table after seven rounds of action, but the goal from the beginning of the season remains the same.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), it is undeniable that Milan have been doing something extraordinary since March and the fact they are top is no coincidence. It is for this reason that the team have not set themselves a limit, but the minimum target remains the same.

Indeed, the goal is to finish in the top four at the very least and secure a return to the Champions League. Playing in the elite European club competition is essential for the growth of Milan for a number of different reasons especially financially, and recent performances have allowed the club to look to the future with more optimism.

The offices of the Elliott fund which has already given its willingness to make other investments in January to reinforce Pioli’s squad. Although the main candidates for the championship are struggling, the Scudetto really seems an almost impossible mission, but in such a strange championship even dreams can be more easily opposed.
