GdS: Milan make their decision regarding Chelsea’s Tomori – important economic effort ready

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are looking more and more likely to exercise their option to buy Fikayo Tomori outright from Chelsea, a report claims.

Having arrived on a loan with option to buy deal from Chelsea during the January transfer window, few could have predicted just how impressive the 23-year-old would be as he is now an established member of the starting line-up and continues to perform well in every game.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan have already decided their move in view of the next season, and they will indeed be exercising their €28m buy-out option. Indeed, the club are in fact ready to make an important economic effort because they have no intention of letting the English centre-back escape their grasp.

The player has had a great impact since he arrived at Milanello in January, and is perfectly in line with Elliott Management’s vision of investing in young players with high potential.
