AC Milan are interested in the idea of signing Udinese star Rodrigo De Paul, a report claims, but a deal between now and the end of the window is unlikely.
Interestingly, the agent of Angel Correa and Rodrigo De Paul – Augustin Jimenez – arrived at Casa Milan last Wednesday afternoon for a meeting with the Rossoneri.
Calciomercato.com then reported that Milan have a concrete interest in De Paul and are ready to rival Inter for the €35m-rated midfielder.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport on Tuesday – as cited by MilanNews.it – Milan are working to strengthen the squad in January, but are also already thinking about the next window.
On Monday, for example, an intermediary of De Paul showed up at the club’s Casa Milan headquarters for a meeting with the Rossoneri leadership.
The paper goes on to claim that the Argentine international is a profile that could be looked at in the summer, rather than a signing to be completed in the remaining three days of the window.
