GdS: Milan player ratings for draw against Parma – Theo electric but several players struggle

By Oliver Fisher -

Theo Hernandez was AC Milan’s best performer during Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Parma at San Siro, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

He scored a second-half brace to haul the Rossoneri back from a two goal deficit in order to secure a point with a 91st minute equaliser.

The paper (via MilanLive) gave the Frenchman a 7.5 for the full-back who turned into a striker, and appears unstoppable when he accelerates. In practice, he lifted a wounded Milan by himself.

A 7 was also awarded to Hakan Calhanoglu, w ho was as good as he is unlucky, while Davide Calabria earned a 6 as he did well in keeping Gervinho quiet.

The same score was also given to Gianluigi Donnarumma, Alessio Romagnoli and Samu Castillejo. However, both Ismael Bennacer and Ante Rebic were awarded scores of 5.5 – the latter very dynamic but not very incisive – and Jens Petter Hauge was given the same.

For what feels like the first time in a long time, a 5 was given to a subdued Kessie Franck Kessie, while the same was given to Brahim Diaz and Rafael Leao.
