GdS: Milan player ratings from Torino draw – defence resilient but attacking players criticised

By Oliver Fisher -

It was a real mixed bag of performances from AC Milan’s players last night as they failed to score again in the 0-0 draw against Torino.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) and their player ratings from the game, the best player for the Rossoneri last night against Torino was Sandro Tonali, who deserved a score of 6.5 for his display before he came off in the second half looking tired.

The same score was given to Mike Maignan, who made a great save on Vojvoda to keep the scores level and prevent a damaging defeat, while centre-back Fikayo Tomori got a 6.5 as well for his role in yet another clean sheet.

Pierre Kalulu got a 6, while Davide Calabria, Theo Hernandez, Franck Kessie and substitute Junior Messias got a 5.5. Finally, the performances of Alexis Saelemaekers, Brahim Diaz, Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud were only worthy of a 5 as the attack once again failed to score.
