Torino have enquired with AC Milan about the possibility of signing full-back Andrea Conti this summer, according to a report.
A number of different reports have suggested that Milan are in the market for a new right-back this summer given the struggles endured by both Conti and team-mate Davide Calabria in the 2019-20 season.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reported last week (via MilanNews) that Milan have no intention of selling Conti and met with his agent – Mario Giuffredi – to reiterate their intention to continue with his client.
So far, the former Atalanta star’s time with the Rossoneri has been dampened by injuries, and although he got more playing time in 2019-20 he alternated good performances with others that were decidedly less convincing.
According to the same paper (via MilanNews), Torino asked about the idea of signing Conti, but for the time being the answer is a no.
The source double down on the claims they made last Friday by stating that for the moment the Milan management have no intention of letting the 26-year-old leave.
