AC Milan will play their last match of the season against Hellas Verona tomorrow night at San Siro as a season full up of ups and downs will end.
This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) writes that attention will then turn to the summer transfer window and preparing for the 2023-24 season in which the team will have to be better at balancing European and domestic commitments.
The Milan squad will officially be on vacation from Monday. Some players will play for the national teams, while Sandro Tonali will be at the Under 21 European Championship (from 21 June to 8 July) as well as Charles De Ketelaere.
The Rossoneri will meet again at the beginning of July and the first matches of the preseason have already been decided as Stefano Pioli’s side will be on tour in the United States.
They will play on Sunday 23 July against Real Madrid in Los Angeles, on Thursday 27 July against Juventus also in LA, then on Tuesday 1 August against Barcelona in Las Vegas.
