After a really strong season so far, Strahinja Pavlovic has attracted interest from Manchester United and Crystal Palace, even if AC Milan aren’t keen on letting him go.
At the moment, it feels like there aren’t too many positives to take from the current season, but that would be a lie. Several players have stepped up their game during the campaign, including players such as Pavlovic and Davide Bartesaghi, and it’s attracting attention.

Pavlovic is of particular interest as he arrived with a lot of expectations ahead of the 2024-25 season. However, he completely failed to make himself a regular then, which is the complete opposite of this campaign, having dominated on the left-hand side for many games.
Interest from the Premier League
As highlighted by Gazzetta dello Sport, Pavlovic is objectively speaking the player who has shown the greatest improvement this season. While he’s still rough on some occasions, he has truly become a lot more polished under the guidance of Max Allegri.
This hasn’t gone unnoticed to the rest of the football world as the centre-back now has admirers in the Premier League, namely Manchester United and Crystal Palace. The latter were the first to probe the ground, as the pink newspaper continues, but the Red Devils could also come knocking.
Milan, on the other hand, don’t want to part ways with Pavlovic. They know that he’s a player to build on for next season, even if Champions League qualification could be the deciding factor between accepting a high bid and rejecting one.
If Allegri leaves and the new manager does not play with 3 at the back Pavlovic should definitely be sold or converted to a LB like Calafiori.
Calafiori sucks at left back.
Also, Calafiori was a left back converted to a CB by Motta at Bologna. Not the other way around. At Bologna is the only good season he has had and the only reason why people talk about him.

I love him, probably best CB we had in last 7-8 seasons but if we get 60ish mil offer then I say sell. The bigger problem i see is that they probably wont know how to reinvest that money properly

There’s no financial scudetto, Ted. They spend the absolute limit, which is why profits are low. The key point is they avoid getting the club into debt.

We already know that this management will sell all its prized assets if the “right” offer arrives and it happens every year that they sell the players I like the most but if they actually sells Pavlovic I might actually say F’ em and call it quits for the forseeable future,
One of the only players we own that has a set of balls and a winning attitude but what does that matter when he can offers us some capital gains.
Instead of some silly petitions of sacking Furlani cant we just amongst Milan fans just raise some cash and put a price on the managements head. Hell in Italy it should be fairly easy to hire the Ndrangheta or someone else to once and for all get it over the goal line.
