Gds: Probable Milan XI to face Bologna – Rebic and Ibrahimovic start again, three changes

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli looks set to make consistency the order of the day for Saturday night’s home clash with Bologna.

Milan will be looking to build upon their impressive run since the resumption of Serie A, during which they have not lost a game and have beaten the likes of Roma, Lazio, Juventus and most recently Parma.

According to Friday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (screenshot of which has been provided below), Milan will field the same back five from the win over Parma except for the right-back position, where Davide Calabria will come in for Andrea Conti.

Franck Kessie will be partnered by the returning Ismael Bennacer, while Alexis Saelemaekers is also back from a ban and will be accompanied by Hakan Calhanoglu and Ante Rebic to his left, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic set to get the nod up front again.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.
