GdS: Probable Milan XI to face Parma – Pioli to make 10 changes again and revert to first team

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli is set to revert to his ‘normal’ starting XI for Sunday’s home game against Parma, according to a report.

Pioli made 10 changes from the win over Sampdoria at the weekend for last night’s win over Sparta Praha, but he is set to go back to those he would consider his ‘first team’.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Gianluigi Donnarumma will be back between the posts, with Davide Calabria, Matteo Gabbia, Alessio Romagnoli and Theo Hernandez the back four from right to left.

Franck Kessie and Sandro Tonali will be the holding midfielders as Ismael Bennacer will not be risked, while centre-forward Ante Rebic will be supported by Alexis Saelemaekers, Hakan Calhanoglu and Brahim Diaz.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria; Gabbia; Romagnoli; Theo; Tonali; Kessie; Saelemaekers; Calhanoglu; Brahim Diaz; Rebic.

Probable Parma XI (4-3-3): Sepe; Gagliolo; Alves; Osorio; Busi; Kurtic; Scozzarella; Hernani; Gervinho; Cornelius; Karamoh; Herds Liverani
