GdS: Probable starting XIs for Milan vs. Hellas Verona – key duo back but no room for Rebic

AC Milan will have a chance to extend their lead atop the Serie A table to four points with a win over Hellas Verona on Sunday night.

Sunday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive) takes a look at the probable Milan XI to face the Gialloblu, starting with Gianluigi Donnarumma in goal protected by a back four of Davide Calabria – back after missing the Lille game – as well as Simon Kjaer, Alessio Romagnoli and Theo Hernandez.

The midfield double pivot of Franck Kessie and Ismael Bennacer will also be reunited, while Alexis Saelemaekers will be on the right wing with Hakan Calhanoglu down the middle and Rafael Leao wide on the left behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic, meaning Ante Rebic will start from the bench.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Leao; Ibrahimovic.

Probable Hellas Verona XI (3-4-2-1): Silvestri; Ceccherini, Lovato, Magnani; Lazovic, Tameze, Ilic, Dimarco; Barak, Zaccagni; Kalinic.
