GdS: Probable XIs for Roma vs. Milan – five changes expected from Torino win

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli is expected to make a number of changes to his starting line-up compared to the one that beat Torino in midweek, a report claims.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) relays the predicted starting XIs for the two teams at the Stadio Olimpico tonight. Ciprian Tatarusanu should be in goal protected by a back four of Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez.

The double pivot should be Franck Kessie and Ismael Bennacer with Tonali dropping to the bench, with an attack composed of Alexis Saelemaekers on the right, Brahim Diaz as the playmaker and Rafael Leao on the left behind the striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Probable Roma XI (4-2-3-1): Rui Patricio; Karsdorp, Mancini, Ibanez, Vina; Cristante, Veretout; Zaniolo, Pellegrini, Mkhitaryan; Abraham.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Brahim Diaz, Leao; Ibrahimovic.
