GdS: The message Pioli has had printed inside Milan’s dressing room

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli had a new motto printed on the walls of the changing room to try and motivate his team, according to a report.

Winning the Scudetto was Pioli’s masterpiece and he was able to achieve it because he managed to build a united and winning group last season; one that did not listen to the influences from outside and instead worked with their heads down.

Now, La Gazzetta dello Sport (via SempreMilan.it) have revealed that the coach has had a new motto put in the dressing room that simply reads: “Be a warrior, not a worrier.”

The paper claims that the sentence phrase was conceived by life coach Hayley L. Silk, and it will be at the top of the new philosophy of the Rossoneri squad that will continue to work hard with humility to try and recreate the success that was achieved last season.
