AS Roma are close to securing the signature of Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka who has been linked with a move to AC Milan for over a year now, a report claims.
As has been reported by Goal.com, the French defender is set to be playing in Serie A this season but it is not likely to be for the Rossoneri, with their attention having to turn elsewhere.
He is out of contract at the end of this season which is why there has been so much speculation about his future over the past year or so.
Many clubs have been very keen on adding him to their squad but it seems that Roma are going to win that race. He will sign a four-year deal with the Giallorossi and earn €3 million per season.
His entourage recently met with the club and Jose Mourinho to move the deal along. Milan must now focus on other defensive targets.
Of course they are. This seems to be the trend.
Why ?! he is a good defender who is left footed and we need one .. is 3mill too much for a player who is market value is 30 million or are we allergic to free players !!
free agents seem to be favouring other destinations..Roma…who offer better contracts than us…
Can play as LB , strong in aerial duel. What happen to AC Milan management, did they notice that kalulu & tomori weak on aerial duel ,kjaer older. Offer him 3,5m euro nett and sell tomori to EPL club
Tomorrow is proven, Kalulu and Thiaw very young. Obviously There is no point in his signing.
*tomori*
So lets assume we signed him … would u start him ?! If the answer is yes then we need him btw he is 23
You’re fkn stup!d
Roma get Aouar for free now Ndicka for free. seems to be par for the course these days. we suck at transfers. such low risk moves being free and at elast would be good depth yet we are caught sleeping again. every time.
So far Roma has reportedly agreed to sign 2 free agents,
Aouar for around 2 mil a season
Evam Ndicka for 3 mil a season.
But people keep telling me Milan owners are cheap, while we gave Florenzi and Origi 3 and 4 mil per season.
It comes to who makes the decisions which players to be signed and his negotiations skills. Money isn’t the issue here.
BTW, reportedly, Ndicka already turned Maldini down last summer after Milan and Frankfurt agreed on a transfer fee.
“When Maldini calls you” 📞 😄 🤣
Kamada is next
I want to know who is the one who decides to buy and sell players?
Last week Aouar, now Ndicka. Next week will be Kamada. Mourinho effect. Thats for sure…
Roma will be tough to beat next season.
