AC Milan are pushing to sign Andrej Kostic, and further contacts with Partizan Belgrade are expected in the next few hours.
Milan have already completed the signing if Niclas Füllkrug from West Ham to bolster the attacking department, but the feeling is that more moves could follow. Some of these could be geared with an eye on the future, as the management always have an eye for talent.

Acceleration expected
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan are not giving up on signing Kostic, the 2007-born striker at Partizan Belgrade who has been closely monitored for some time now.
The Rossoneri – following talks between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the Serbian club’s sporting director Mijatovic – had offered €4.5m for the player, but Partizan deemed the offer too low, given the 18-year-old’s release clause is €20m.
The Serbians are asking for around €12m plus bonuses and a resale clause, a figure also dictated by the fact that they will have to pay 20% of the proceeds to Buducnost Podgorica, the Montenegrin’s old club.
Furthermore, Partizan want to engineer a deal similar to those that saw Adzic and Krstovic leave Serbia, two Montenegrin players who were sold to Italy. The latter played for their rivals Red Star.
Krstovic in particular shone with Lecce and went to Atalanta in the summer for €25m, showing how important a possible resale clause could be for Partizan.

True. Far too much money wasted on forwards over the past decade+. It should be obvious to management that the issue is we need better scouts.
If Ibra is negotiating this, then we can rest assured Kostic won’t join.
