AC Milan continue to be repeatedly linked with a move for James Rodriguez of Everton, and a journalist has claimed that a bid will soon be launched.
The Rossoneri are in the market for a new playmaker who would replace Hakan Calhanoglu, and the Colombian’s name is one that keeps popping up with insistence. Rodriguez revealed on a Twitch stream recently that he would like an adventure in Italy in order to say he has been able to play in all of the ‘top five’ European leagues.
According to the latest from journalist Pipe Sierra of WinSportsTV, Everton are aware of the fact that Milan will present an offer for James Rodriguez next week. Milan are working on the operation behind the scenes through agent Jorge Mendes, who is aware that his client will have to cut his salary to be able to land in Italy.
In a follow-up tweet, Sierra replied to a follower by claiming that the bid will be €10m plus bonuses from Milan.
