Juventus star Kenan Yildiz has revealed the bit of advice that Massimiliano Allegri gave him which he is grateful for.
Allegri’s last season with Juventus was the 2023-24 campaign, the same one that Yildiz made his first-team breakthrough in as a teenager. The winger made his Serie A debut for Juventus in a 3–0 away win over Udinese on 20 August 2023, coming on as a second-half substitute.
Not long after that he became the Bianconeri’s youngest foreign goalscorer in Serie A at the age of 18 years and 233 days. It was a sign of Allegri’s trust in him, and it is something that he has not forgotten about.
Speaking in an interview with Tuttosport, the Turkey international discussed Juve’s ongoing Club World Cup campaign but he also spoke about Allegri, revealing some advice that he was given.
“His request to cut my hair? I’m grateful to Max for that suggestion: I think it helped me (laughs),” he said (via MilanPress).
Allegri could have another young talent to try and help develop soon, given the rumours that Milan are about to make a serious attempt for Parma’s Giovanni Leoni. In addition to him, there are the likes of Francesco Camarda, Mattia Liberali and Davide Bartesaghi to try and nurture too.
