As part of the event launching the new AC Milan store on Via Dante in the city centre, it has emerged that Pierre Kalulu has opted to change shirt number.
As images of the shirt in the shop show and as Calciomercato.com report, Kalulu has decided to swap out wearing the number 20 – which he has had for the last four seasons since his arrival from Lyon – in favour of the number 5.
A couple of days ago we wrote about how important a season this is for the Frenchman with a clean slate under a new coach, and the swap to a number worn by legends like Alessandro Costacurta among others is certainly another boost.
