Rade Krunic has spoken to Milan TV ahead of tonight’s game against his boyhood club Red Star at the Marakana in the Europa League Round of 32 first leg.
“In my opinion Red Star suffer against stronger teams because they are used to winning easy with teams not at their height. We are used to playing with strong and less strong teams while they are much superior in the league and are not used to playing with teams stronger than them,” he said (via MilanNews).
On the Marakana: “Without the fans it is not the same stadium but for me it will be a great thrill to return to play here.”
On playing as the playmaker: “The Coach has given me a lot of confidence since the beginning in Europe. In the role of attacking midfielder I think I can give a lot”
