Landucci’s reinforcement of Leao
For Milan, though, it is more of a reminder that Leao remains their prized asset, and that is why there is such a focus on him, even whilst he is on the sidelines. Gazzetta dello Sport, this morning, refers to comments from Marco Landucci, bringing Leao up on his own accord.
“I’d also like to mention Leao, who hasn’t been with us for a while, and whom we found to be an exemplary professional. He’ll be back soon, and we’ll be happy.”
His comments are a clear message, a declaration of respect and further emphasis placed upon his quality. After all, the project is built around the Portuguese star, in almost every sense.
It is not a one-way street, though. Leao has also taken on a new role of maturity, as shown by his lowered media presence, at the request of the management and Allegri. Though his dedication to recovery is the biggest sign of his new, or perhaps even renewed, mentality.
The new Leao is being readied, and the words from the club are ones of strength, respect and anticipation.
Honestly, I feel this team is balanced as it is without Leao in it. I know he’s the star of the team but sometimes a system doesn’t need star players but players who are made for the system. It’s like Fonseca’s team playing great in preseason only for the star players to return and shift the dynamic. I just hope I’m wrong and that Leao makes us even better than we already are.
I will always have my reservations about leao. Talent is not everything. He is as lazy as the word itself, the reason he has stagnated till now. He should at least take a clue from Pulisic, who plays for the team, get involved in the action, then bang he scores, cos u don’t know his next position on the field. It’s the opposite of leao, who is always on the line

Between Leao, Balloteli and Mastour, Cassano was by far the most talented. He was just a nut case.
This Leao glazing has to stop. Bro hasn’t been the best player in this team for a while now.
The need to make him look like prime Ronaldinho is nauseating, Leoa is hyped based on hope. This team is as balanced as can be, I hope after all these unnecessary hype he doesn’t come and be feeling entitled as we have seen over and over again. The earlier we sell, the better.
I’m just waiting for the contract negotiations isuues that will arise from his contract renewal.
Last few matches, leao is missing.
Hopefully midfield is still top form when a lazy boy is added into the team.

Same team that was beaten by lowly Cremonese even with Pulisic, and clean sheet against who?
Since joining AC Milan, CP has scored 9 more goals in Serie A than Rafa has during the same timeframe, and he’s recorded 1 more assist than Rafa. That’s why some people get chaffed by the notion that Rafa is our best player, because he definitely hasn’t been for more than 2 years now.
BTW, Cremonese currently sits 6th and remain undefeated in Serie A. They’ve conceded just 3 goals in 4 games.
Clean sheet against 3 clubs. Check the history to see when the club achieved similar results. Hint, it has been a while. No matter the opponent. And yes, Milan failed to even beat similar team the last 2-3 seasons so winning these 3 in a row without conceding is a huge improvement. Huge.
And that lowly Cremonese hasn’t lost any matches this season. Look at the table. They’re sixth. They’re flying high. Even if it won’t last long but they’re doing fine.
I hope Allegri can instill a winning mentality in him. There’s no doubt he has the talent, but pride and laziness are hindering his performance. With his skills, talent, and eye for goal, he should be compared to players like Mbappé, Dembélé, and Jamal. I also believe he should feel ashamed watching the Ballon d’Or tonight because he should be competing with those players at the highest level..
