L’Equipe: PSG enter Botman race as Lille wait for key verdict from DNCG

By Oliver Fisher -

Lille have found themselves in uncertainty again from a corporate point of view and it could affect the future of Sven Botman, a report claims.

According to L’Equipe (via MilanNews), Lille are awaiting the decision of the Direction Nationale du Contrôle de Gestion (DNCG) on the plans to take the club forward, and at the moment it seems to proposal from president Olivier Letang has the lead compared to that of the owner’s fund.

The official decision is expected by Monday and that could constitute the unlocking of various issues related to the transfer market, in particular the future of Botman who continues to be heavily linked with a move away.

The paper claims that another suitor has come forward in the race for the Dutchman as PSG and their incoming sporting director Luis Campos is keen on the 22-year-old, who he knows from his time with Lille.

  1. So basically if Milan want the player so do all the big money teams. And even Juventus willing to stay in debt to get the students back. This will be a tough Mercado.
