AC Milan will hand full powers to Ralf Rangnick, and the German will use it to build a team of staff to help him on his new Italian adventure.
That is according to SportMediaset (via MilanLive), who dismiss the notion that Rangnick has asked for Elliott Management to hire 18-20 of his trusted collaborators before embarking on the project.
Instead, he team of coaches and market who will join Rangnick to Milan will be a mixture of confirmations and new arrivals. It is possible that Frederic Massara could remain as sporting director, while coach Daniele Bonera may also stay. The former Rossoneri defender arrived in Milanello as Marco Giampaolo’s technical collaborator, and was kept by Stefano Pioli.
There is a promotion in sight for Daniele Massaro, who is ready to move from ‘brand ambassador’ to a team manager, or a figure who acts as an intermediary between the team and the management.
For the rest, several new faces should arrive at Milanello – elements that will follow Rangnick in particular in the scouting sector and among the athletic trainers.
