Mediaset: Milan given double boost in pursuit of Sassuolo star – a €20m deal is possible

AC Milan have been given a boost in their pursuit of Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga, according to the latest reports.

The Rossoneri have been linked with a move for Boga multiple times in the last few days, and now SportMediaset (via MilanLive) confirm that Sassuolo are willing to sell to the highest bidder.

It is believed that €20million will be enough as the global economic recession in Italian and international football begins to take hold due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

That is a figure though that the Rossoneri should be able to meet without too many problems, helped by the future sales of Suso (€21million to Sevilla) and André Silva.

Napoli are also in the running but after the now certain renewal of Dries Mertens, Boga may no longer be a priority. The road is therefore seemingly clear for Milan, and the Ivorian could become the new starting left winger in Rangnick’s revolution.
