AC Milan want Paredes; Meeting set to take place with Roma tomorrow

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan are still looking for a player to strengthen their midfield and according to Sky, the Rossoneri will meet with Roma for Paredes.

One name that keeps cropping up is Leandro Paredes, about whom Adriano Galliani is set to meet Roma’s director of sport, Walter Sabatini, tomorrow.

Trouble is, the Giallorossi’s coach, Luciano Spalletti, has repeatedly emphasized that Paredes is, despite the rumours, simply unsellable. Moreover, the Rossoneri don’t have the €20 million that Roma are asking for, and can only an unsatisfactory loan with optional buyback.

Even worse, Liverpool and Leicester are not only interested, but set to make offers which Roma would find satisfactory. Were he to leave Rome, it doesn’t look like Paredes will be a Serie A player this season.
