Marco Asensio remains a concrete target for AC Milan and a meeting with Real Madrid is planned to discuss the forward, a report claims.
According to Calciomercato.com, the summer market should consist of four or five new signings to further raise the quality of the squad and there will be a focus on the attacking department, with Divock Origi coming from Liverpool but a right winger also needed.
Many profiles have been studied in recent weeks but the approval for Asensio remains high. The Rossoneri moved a month ago to try to strike up a negotiation with Real Madrid however in recent weeks Asensio has changed agents to Jorge Mendes, and now we must see what his intentions are.
Nevertheless, the option of a move to Milan remains real and concrete, even if Los Blancos have raised their offer to Asensio to extend his deal beyond the current deadline of 2023. The 26-year-old wants €7m net per season in wages, Milan’s offer is €5m plus bonuses.
At the end of the championship a meeting between the clubs is expected to take stock of the situation both on Brahim Díaz and on Asensio, as the latter remains the number one target for the right wing.
Milan fans would be happy have ASSENSIO & FELIX Next season.
