AC Milan have made some big moves in the past few days, but that has not stopped the protests from dissatisfied supporters.

The final game of a dreadful 2024-25 season was marred by protests, as Milan closed out the campaign against Monza amid a backdrop of fan anger.

It started at 17:00 CEST when thousands of fans gathered at the club’s Casa Milan headquarters to protest, calling for the return of Paolo Maldini.

Then, there was a further show of discontent after 15 minutes of the match as fans – the Curva Sud above all – led a mass walk-out. That was after they had arranged themselves to spell ‘GO HOME’.

As MilanNews report, there are other forms of protest against the ownership of Milan and in favour of Paolo Maldini. On some giant advertising screens, for example in the picture below.

The text reads: ‘Je suis Paolo Maldini. History and memories. Signed: legione [a fan group].’

    1. @sheerWill do you even know who’s Maldini?
The Milan fan you become today wasn’t created by the current Milan management and players BUT by the Maldini and co. So show respect you baby fan

      1. Seems to me like you misunderstood my comment. I honestly hate the way a legend like Maldini was treated and I do feel like the fans should have stood up at the time. We’re talking about Maldini not some other wannabe legend and the show of support at a time like this is just unnecessary and redundant. It’s two years too late.

  1. How late was Allegri to have returned, it’s never too late.
Understand what it meant to be a Milanista…boy

    1. Cool. Let’s see what their belated show of support does for them. By the way I don’t understand the logic behind comparing Maldini’s dismissal to Allegri’s reappointment. Eh, big man 🙂

  2. I think the message still remain the same, they are telling the management that they needed someone who has Milan in his blood like Maldini in the management!
They are trying to tell the management that you may have Paolo scaroni but he doesn’t not have the love of Milan at heart like Maldini!
You may have a Giorgio Furlani around the finances working out the number’s but he does not carry Milan DNA like Maldini!
You may have Ibrahimovic around with his bragados, yet he is not Maldini who would never put cardinale money balls vision ahead of milan!
Most important everyone could make mistakes because we are humans but Maldini’s error can be pardonable because he lives only for Milan!
