AC Milan will almost certainly sign a striker in the summer transfer window but Divock Origi is not the only profile they like, a report claims.
Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes how there are many indiscretions that speak of well advanced talks between the Milan management and Liverpool striker Divock Origi, but he is not the only name that tickles the fancy of Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.
They are also keen on 19-year-old Stade Reims striker Hugo Ekitike, and believe that he could be a player who could come in and grow behind Olivier Giroud and possibly Zlatan Ibrahimovic, before becoming the centre-forward for the long-term future in time given the advanced age of the Frenchman and the Swede.
Ekitike has scored 9 goals in 21 games played this season and is considered one of the brightest prospects in Ligue 1 at the moment, which means he will likely have an asking price to match.
Seen him several times. Not good enough for Milan. At least that is my impression.
From the current team, only 1 player was good enough for Milan at that age. You do understand the word potential?
Milan is one of them that brings only from outside
