CM: Milan in advanced talks with Saint-Etienne over teenager valued at €1m

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are in advanced talks over the signing of goalkeeper Noah Raveyre from Saint-Etienne, a report claims.

According to a report from Calciomercato.com, Milan are quite far along in talks over Raveyre who has already made his first team debut for Saint-Etienne. Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have been in contact with his agents for at least three months and have decided to move on to the operational phase.

Milan are trying to find an agreement with Saint-Etienne to bring Raveyre to the club immediately, given that their previous plan was to secure a pre-contract agreement ahead of the 2023-24 season.

However, at the moment the €1m asking price for a player whose contract expires in June is considered too high so the idea of the management is to present a much lower offer but with the inclusion of bonuses and a percentage on future resale.

Milan are shopping in France again, and they hope that Raveyre can follow in the footsteps of Mike Maignan to perhaps become future number one.
