The AC Milan squad had a morning training session at Milanello today that was divided into two parts, but Santiago Gimenez did solo work again.
According to Sky (via MilanNews), Milan took to the field this morning at the the training complex for a session under the orders of mister Sergio Conceicao three days before the trip to face Udinese. Also present alongside the team were the directors Geoffrey Moncada and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The session lasted a long time and was divided into two parts. First was a very long video phase to review the mistakes of the match against Fiorentina, followed by the equally long part on the pitch to apply what was seen in the various analysis clips.
Three players trained separately and one was Gimenez who still feels pain in his side. There was no need for further tests or MRIs but they prefer to be cautious. It remains to be seen whether the Mexican will join the rest of the group tomorrow.
The other two absentees were Ruben Loftus-Cheek – recovering from acute appendicitis which required surgery in Naples – and Emerson Royal who has been out since January and is expected to return in 2-3 weeks all being well.

The number one play they should show over and over again is Leao being in on goal and then inexplicably passing the ball to nobody. If you aren’t going to shoot the ball in that spot then find another position because you are not an attacking player. Can’t defend Leao any longer.
Then they show Theo not being bothered to play defense, and then ruining all out counter attacks by either holding the ball too long or shooting it over the goal.
The whole theo in the last march seemed like a bad technical issue… the brazilian was tough to habdle.. but I would go as hard on theo when the 1 de t half the whole de defense of the teams was off.. also.. hard to recover when of a bad mistake like Mush screw8ng things up
I don’t think Gimenez should take the whole blame. Reijnders didn’t work Musah didn’t work Fofana made mistakes walker too so why train him alone Joao Felix didn’t do anything again so why not punish Musah and Joao Felix too
Milan has no midfield. Reijnders and Fofana could not push through the whole season. Without a strong midfield there is no game, period. If Conte, Allegri or Gasperini had come in January, it wouldn’t have changed anything. They simply need to bring in two top players in the middle, and then the defense will be better.
