Eden Hazard could leave Real Madrid this summer and AC Milan are one of three clubs that have set their sights on him, a report claims.
As reported by Spanish source Cadena Ser (via MilannNews), the Belgian forward has entered the crosshairs of Milan, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund who are all sensing the opportunity to sign a winger of absolute quality in a cut-price deal.
