Sky Germany: Milan and Arsenal among list of clubs keen on departing Dortmund midfielder

AC Milan are one of 10 clubs interested in signing midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud who will leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, a report claims.

According to Sky Germany, the race to sign Dahoud is on as a number of clubs have already expressed an interest in signing the 27-year-old on a free transfer when he leaves Dortmund in June.

Leicester City as well Real Betis and Sevilla are keen, while ‘a lot of Italian top clubs, including Napoli’ are also in the running, and a number written offers have already been submitted.

The source goes on to mention that Milan, Roma, Arsenal, Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Atletico Madrid have all taken an interest in the former Borussia Mönchengladbach man.

He arrived from Mönchengladbach for a fee of around €12m (via Sport1) and was regarded as a huge talent at the time given he was then 21. He has played 138 competitive games for BVB, scoring five goals and adding 16 assists.
