AC Milan are among the big European clubs interested in signing striker Benjamin Sesko from Red Bull Salzburg, according to a report.
According to a report from Calciomercato.com, Premier League duo Chelsea and Manchester United are among the top European clubs that are interested in landing Sesko, but Milan are too and technical director Paolo Maldini even met with his agent and held talks.

In addition to that, Salzburg are open to the idea of selling the 19-year-old but it will take a very high offer for him to leave this summer, which could be €50m or more after a breakthrough season in 2021-22.
After Salzburg sold Karim Adeyemi to Borussia Dortmund earlier this summer they know that Sesko is the next player who is destined for a big move but for the time being he is the man leading their line.
The Slovenia international has started the season well with 2 goals and 1 assists in 3 appearances after racing up 10 goals and 7 assists in 36 games across all competitions last season, and TEAMtalk are among the sources to document his interest from England.
Lol… it was his agent who took initiative to go to Casa Milan, that does not mean Maldini planning to sign him now.
I doubt Leipzig will be selling Sesko this year and I don’t think he wants to leave yet .
But, he should be the striker Milan pairs up Leao and De Ketelaere with for the next 5-10 years. IMO better talent than Haaland. Technically superior to the Norwegian and almost the same physical characteristics.
Hopefully next year Milan uses most of the transfer budget on Sesko

Why did we even bought Lazetic? If we already go for young striker then Roko Simic is a good talent too. But Lazetic will need to leave first. No point of having so many young strikers.
Milan spent 5 mil on Lazetic. If he turns good then great, if he doesn’t, no big deal.
Roko Simic is only few months younger than Sesko, both are Salzburg players. Sesko is their main striker and Roko plays on loan in the 2nd division in Austria.
You comparing players who will be rotational players with Sesko who will be one of the best strikers in the next decade .
Im not comparing any one. Just saying that in order for Lazetic or any one else to develop, he needs playing time. Crowding an already crowded position in attack with more players wont be good for the development of any young player in that position.
sesko has shown nothing yet, compared to haaland and co. the 50mio must be a joke, but who knows they have brought so incredibel wouderful talents the last years……we still not happy in Salzburg with losing violett and how RedBull did the take over, but the entertaiment they are offering is so HUGE
Overhype player. Just because he score goal versus liverpool that make him 50m euro price? Better train lazetic/nasti/roback/colombo/mancini for our future striker
