Sky: Milan want to close deal for winger in next 48 hours with discount on €5.4m fee

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are looking to close a permanent deal for Junior Messias in the next 48 hours having decided to proceed with the winger, a report claims.

According to what Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting on his website, Milan are continuing to work actively on the transfer market and part of this involves players who were on loan with an option to buy last season. In addition to Alessandro Florenzi, the aim of the Rossoneri is now to sign Messias permanently.

Even today there were contacts between all parties and they will continue tomorrow by phone. Milan’s target is to try to close the deal within 48 hours and it should be a figure lower than the €5.4m established last summer as part of the initial deal.

It will therefore be a renegotiated fee with the aim of continuing the relationship between Milan and Messias, so therefore not too dissimilar from how the management got a discount on Sandro Tonali’s transfer fee last summer in talks with Brescia.

  1. Oh so you claim that Brazilian is not good? We should be grateful @Zoro Caloro, Piru and co. Sign him. No Brazilian is wasteful

  2. Junior are better than lord saladmaker or lord zaniolo. But just for depth/reserved. We still need quality RW starter

  3. Messias is better in attacking than defensive phase. He is the opposite of Saele. The problem is, his attacking phase is still not in the same level compare to left wing
