Sky: Milan could complete swap deal with Vicenza after Saturday’s friendly

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan could follow up their Saturday friendly match against Vicenza by completing a swap deal with them, a report claims.

Milan continued their impressive preseason run as they overcame a terrible start against Vicenza to beat them 6-1 on Saturday night. Pioli’s side trailed after just 20 seconds against their hosts but that seemed to really wake them up as they scored four times before the break to ensure that the result was quickly beyond doubt, with two more goals following in the second half.

According to what is being reported by Sky (via MilanNews), there was some talk either before or after the game about the mercato and it has emerged that Vicenza are interested in signing 19-year-old goalkeeper Sebastiano Desplanches from Milan.

The teenager could be part of the operation that will bring another teenager the other way to the Rossoneri as striker Tommaso Mancini is on the Milan radar.

    1. Agreed. Plus we don’t need a keeper right now but we are in need of a striker at some point and who knows kid could be good eventually
