Malick Thiaw has visited his former teammates at Schalke 04 training in Gelsenkirchen during his time off following the Atalanta victory.
The German club tweeted some pictures of the defender embracing with old friends in Germany. The visit comes after Thiaw has carved out a place for himself within Stefano Pioli’s starting eleven at AC Milan.
The switch to a back three has suited Thiaw and he is now starting games consistently alongside Fikayo Tomori and Pierre Kalulu.
