MN: Probable Milan XI to face Inter – two changes from Udinese draw

By Mitchell Wilks -

With a Milan derby standing between the Rossoneri and a place in the Coppa Italia final, Stefano Pioli has found his starting XI for Tuesday night, according to a report.

Just two changes are expected to be made from the team that started in last week’s 1-1 draw with Udinese according to MilanNews, with the goalkeeper and back four remaining untouched.

Change is anticipated in the double pivot, with Sandro Tonali dropping out for Ismael Bennacer to come in and partner Franck Kessie, despite the uncertainty surrounding his future rumbling on.

Brahim Diaz is expected to make way for Rade Krunic against Inter, flanked by Junior Messias who keeps his place ahead of Alexis Saelemaekers, and Rafael Leao who scored the opener on Friday evening. Olivier Giroud keeps his place as the spearhead of the attack.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Tomori, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Bennacer, Kessie; Messias, Krunic, Leao; Giroud.
