In the past few years, AC Milan have had to be very strict with their finances due to their breach of the UEFA terms.

Whilst this did not mean that the clubs had to have profited in the years since, they had to have proof of ‘an aggregate football earnings surplus, or an aggregate football earnings deficit within the acceptable deviation’.
For the past two seasons, the Rossoneri have passed without worry, registering profits in both seasons.
2024/25 accounts
As Tuttosport (via Milan Press) write, the Rossoneri have managed to meet the UEFA objectives, more so after registering more than €20 million in profit this season, largely thanks to the sale of Tijjani Reijnders.
Of course, next season’s accounts are expected to be less positive, due to the lack of European football. There were no Financial Fair Play in the 90s. It was introduced later.
Sorry to say UEFA board their are politics an they’re scam.
