Despite a failed attempt to negotiate a lower buyout clause with Roma for Alessandro Florenzi, Milan are unchanged on their previous decision, a new report states.
Florenzi joined Milan on loan last summer with the Rossoneri inserting a clause to make the deal a permanent one at the end of the season, set at €4.5m.
Calciomercato.com report that Milan’s failed attempt to negotiate a lower, €3m buyout fee with Roma will not jeopardise Florenzi’s situation, however. He is expected to remain at San Siro next season.
The choice has already been made on Florenzi, who has proven to be a shrewd addition to Stefano Pioli’s squad. Providing experience and attacking thrust, he has managed 26 appearances in all competitions.
Impressing staff on the pitch, Florenzi has stood out off the pitch with a good spirit and proven to have strong leadership qualities behind the scenes, at several points in the season.
What a great deal for us, how much did we spend originally for him?
Well, i think they Will not pay Roma next season since Florenzi go to surgery again
