Gazzetta di Modena: Milan offer up four counterparts to lower €30m request for winger

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are interested in signing Domenico Berardi from Sassuolo and are willing to include counterparts in the deal, a report claims.

The Gazzetta di Modena (via MilanNews) takes stock of Berardi’s future and confirms the news from other sources in claiming that Sassuolo want €30m to sell the forward, given that he is having another excellent season with 14 goals and 11 assists in the league.

Milan are the club most interested in signing the Italy international but the Rossoneri are unlikely to offer €30m for a player who is 27, so they are considered inserting some young players in the deal to lower the economic outlay.

The players who are being evaluated are Marco Brescianini who is currently on loan at Monza, Lorenzo Colombo who is at SPAL, Daniel Maldini and Primavera striker Marco Nasti. With rumours of a meeting set between the two clubs for after Easter, we await further developments.

  1. Yes, Not Nasti, lets give the fans some hope for the future. He may not get there, but at least with Mastour we had someone to look forward to.

Not Maldini, selling him makes me feel uncomfortable, just cos of who he is.

  2. Am against the idea of sending Nasti and Maldini somewhere because Nasti is a gem and our future while Maldini’s name is a symbol of Milan for decades.

  3. Just give them Saladmaker and Balloon . Oh wait… that might actually increase the price not lower it.

In any case, we can do better for less.

    1. You are right my friend , give them castilejo or saelemaker only increase Berardi price . Because that Will make sassoulo anger ,weka weka weka

  4. Nasti will be another Cutrone/Paloschi/Matri. I would love to be wrong but we need a RW now not a prospective CF who MIGHT be something in 5 year’s.
